Our client is looking for a skilled Site Foreman to join their team The Site Foreman will play a vital role in providing on-site supervision and coordinating activities among various subcontractors. The main objective is to ensure that the building envelope projects meet the required quality standards, progress on schedule, and maintain a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage the coordination of different trades to monitor work progress on-site.
- Motivate sub-trades to complete work safely, on time, and up to the acceptable standard of quality.
- Report on-site progress, potential delays, and other issues to Site Superintendents.
- Troubleshoot common issues that may arise on-site.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the team, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Site Foreman.
- First Aid Ticket Level 1 or 2 preferred.
- Proven trade experience (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.).
- Familiarity with transit operations.
- Proven experience in building stairs, ramps, and handrails.
- Proficiency with tools and crew management.
- Concrete experience and lift ticket considered a plus.
- Experience in Building Envelope Maintenance Projects is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret construction documents, including drawings, plans, and schedules.
- Commitment to job site safety and project quality.
- Understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and execution skills.
- Experience using construction machinery is an asset.
