**Job Summary**

Acupuncturist provides acupuncture, prescribes herbs according to the principles of the Eastern medicine and follows a safe, effective treatment in accordance to their college. They will collaborate with other professionals in planning for comprehensive primary care of their clients.

**Position Requirements**

**Education**

*Degree/Diploma from school of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture *Registration with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario

**Knowledge, skills, Abilitie**
- Experience performing acupuncture according to the principles of eastern medicine, with both acute and chronic illnesses/conditions
- Ability to collaborate with other professionals within a multi-disciplinary setting
- Ability to maintain necessary documentation using electronic medical record
- Ability to keep a clean/safe work area
- Ability to provide customer care and small office administrative duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- PETAWAWA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
