We are looking for a **Part **-**Time Maintenance Technician to assist with our multi-family residential building in Squamish, B.C.** If you have a growth mindset and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply
**What you will be doing**:
- Painting, drywall patching, mudding, and taping;
- Detecting faulty operations, defective materials, and reporting deficiencies;
- Maintain building exterior including basic ground maintenance;
- Perform repairs to windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, fixtures, and carpet tile replacement;
- Diagnosis and repair plumbing, heating, and electrical problems.
**What you need to bring**:
- Two years of experience in the property management and/or construction industry would be an asset;
- Ability to use physical exertion that includes lifting, carrying, climbing ladders and moving materials;
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-oriented approach;
- Ability to think creatively when problem solving, proactively adapting to challenges;
- Ability to work well independently;
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships and to work well in a team environment.
