**Job Summary**:
Our office in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a BIM Modeler to assist with designing buildings and providing technical support to our structural projects in areas such as Life Sciences, Tech, Civic, Education, Mixed-use, and Healthcare.

**In this role, you will**:

- Elaborate Structural BIM models and comprehensive drawing sets, plans, and details with Engineers
- Collaborate with other disciplines, within BIM scope
- Participate on BIM Kick-off meetings
- Understaning of BIM Execution Plan and collaboration procedures
- Provide guidance to Engineers for detail development
- Develop and coordinate high-quality construction documents with attention to detail and accuracy
- Act as a BIM Lead on projects, managing digital deliverables and maintaining quality standards

**You will be a great fit if you have**:
To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following basic requirements:

- Technical college diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction that has equipped you with foundational knowledge of building systems
- 1-2 years of structural drafting experience with minimum 1 year of Revit expertise
- Experience modeling diverse structural systems (steel, concrete, wood, and masonry) for building projects
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills that ensure precision in your work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with diverse team members
- Adaptability to thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment
- AutoCAD proficiency is valued as an additional asset
- Ability to work overtime when required
