Tron has embraced and developed our own workface planning program to deliver on our promise of cost efficient and on-time projects. **We are seeking Journeyperson Steam-Pipefitters for work on McArthur River Underground Freeze Line (Northern Saskatchewan)**
**Job Summary**:The JM Pipefitter will install steel structures and supports (Underground) at McArthur River mine with some welding based on engineered drawings, and other duties as assigned.
S**cope of Responsibilities**:
- Complete job hazard assessment and put mitigation strategies into place on a task-by-task basis.
- Take direction and perform tasks with minimum supervision.
- Read engineered drawings and specifications to lay out the work.
- Safe rigging and hoisting of components into position utilizing manual hoisting devices, cranes, and other mobile equipment.
- Determine materials required for each job and able to effectively plan task sequence.
- Follow all safety requirements and report any unsafe working conditions according to Company Policy
- Camp location will be provided.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial/construction work environment.
- Registered red seal Journeyman Pipefitter
- HDPE, Steam & Pipefitter experience
- Night shift premium provided on (night shift duties) - signing bonus (1x)
- Safety Certification Required:
- **WHMIS 2015**
- **Fall Protection**
- **Aerial Work Platform**
- **Fire extinguisher**
- **Fall protection**
- **Confined Space**
