The LG Home Appliance In-Store Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the design, production, and implementation of branded displays for LG, LG Studio, and SKS brands across Canada. Ensures alignment with brand standards, coordinates with manufacturers, manages marketing and strategic budgets, and supports strategic planning with leadership and agency partners.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the creation and distribution of displays for LG, LG Studio, and SKS brands for LG’s national and regional channels of business
- Plan and coordinate display rollouts and refreshes while adhering to strict deadlines
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align promotional/tradeshow displays with major events
- Work with vendors to create custom displays for LG, LG Studio and SKS brands
- Evaluate display performance and oversee third-party installation vendors
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in-store
- Manage the in-store marketing budget
- Support monthly and annual budget planning
- Manage strategic fund allocation, invoicing, vendor setup, and documentation (Quotes, SOWs, LOAs)
- Monitor and review all spending; execute timely budget adjustments
- Prepare and deliver execution plans and completion reports to LG HQ
- Additional duties as assigned

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**:

- 5+ years in retail merchandising or visual display management
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently
