**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer accounts and maintain records
- Identify opportunities for upselling and promote additional products or services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with bilingual proficiency preferred
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience and increasing sales
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor during interactions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
Pay: $18.25-$25.79 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
