House Cleaner

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning visits.
- Carry out janitorial duties in both residential and commercial settings as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively.
- Assist with carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Utilize housekeeping management skills to organize cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals is essential.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
