Inventory Coordinator

**Location: Pride Marine Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for our Rosseau Lake location in Muskoka, ON starting immediately.**

**What You'll Do**
- Ensure inventory control measures and procedures are adhered to
- Maintain inventory levels according to seasonal trends
- Manages inventory tracking systems and records deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
- Deal with OEM’S for warranty
- Ensure parts are ordered within appropriate time lines
- Ability to expedite shipments where and when necessary
- Process parts orders: IE order/receive and allocate
- Work closely with Technicians and Customer Service to assign and keep track of all issued parts
- Source all parts required for the service department
- Work with accounts payable to ensure all vendors are paid correctly
- Coordinate with CSR on all parts related work orders
- Work with Location Manager to achieve monthly and annual budget goals
- Work as a team with all crew members
- Commitment to personal development
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Lift heavy parts on a regular basis
- All other duties as assigned

**What We'd Like From You**
- Parts related experience in the automotive or marine industry considered an asset
- Inventory control or supply chain experience preferred
- Able to work irregular hours including weekends during peak periods

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rosseau, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Parts and/or Warranty: 1 year (preferred)
