Qualification and Skills:
- Ability to capture, analyze and present information effectively

- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Experience in management is required (Minimum 1 year )
The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining and operating a company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused and profitable manner.
Duties and Responsibilities could include:
- Taking measures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Acting as a people’s person by performing and behaving well
- Set an example and encourage all employees to meet and exceed the company goals and objectives on consistent base
- Meet and exceed the company’s service standards and sales goals on a consistent base
- Acquire product knowledge information provided by the company to enhance the customers shopping experience
- Fill open to hire positions by recruiting and hiring new employees based on store needs and standards
- Provide training to store staff by assessing and rechecking training materials, reviewing staff’s performances and developing training programs.
