**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to complete tasks efficiently.
- Framing and structural carpentry
- Hanging and finishing drywall
- Flooring installation (various materials)
- Window and door installation
- Deck building and exterior carpentry
- Trim work and finish carpentry
- Demolition, insulation, and general prep/cleanup tasks
- Participation in secondary suite construction and conversions

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and contribute ideas
- Willing to work with and grow alongside a small, supportive team
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labour
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have CSA-approved work boots
- Basic hand tools are an asset
- Strong motivation, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential

Compensation:

- $26-$30/hr for experienced tradespeople with relevant renovation experience

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
