*Overview*

*Duties*
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Oversee service and take part in and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff in all areas of food and beverage, preparation, and high level customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries of beverage orders and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that meet customer preferences.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes to achieve business goals.

*Skills*
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations and best practices in the service industry.
- Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is a plus.
- Proven ability in team management, fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficient in kitchen operations including cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
