Job Title: Apprentice/Journeyman Plumber
Hours: Full time Monday-to-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm, some weekends and evenings, as required
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $16-25/hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus overtime opportunities
Job type: Permanent with 3-month probation period
Vacation: 2 weeks paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
Location: Various locations across PEI, with Summerside and Charlottetown being the hub

**Job duties**:

- Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
- Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must provide a clean and current criminal record background check
- 3rd or 4th year apprentice or Plumber

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
