**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide excellent customer service as a receptionist and answering inquiries.
- Utilize computerized systems & have Quickbooks & Office365 experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space to promote a professional environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support administrative functions as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in an office setting. Willing and ready to learn, someone who is a self starter who can manage tasks with mínimal assistance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent reading and writing skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and staff.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 weeks

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
