We are growing rapidly and are looking to add motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Representatives** to our team to help us continue to provide top-quality service.

We are seeking highly driven and client-focused **Sales Representatives** to join our team. As an Entry-Level Sales Rep, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a key role in introducing our services to homeowners across Ottawa. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in sales and grow within a dynamic company that values and rewards hard work, creativity, and a positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Assist with identifying and qualifying leads through research and client referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Learn and understand the full range of lawn care services we offer and effectively communicate the benefits to prospective clients.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns about our services.
- **Goal Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **No prior sales experience required**, though experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
- Strong **communication skills** with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a **positive attitude** and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
- **Basic computer skills** (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Flexible work schedule (weekends as needed).
- **Fluency in English**

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
