Bayfront Law Professional Corporation is a growing real estate law firm in Hamilton, Ontario, dedicated to providing smooth, reliable, and client-focused legal services for home buyers, sellers, and refinancing clients across Ontario. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Client Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team.

This role combines **sales and client relations**, you’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, helping them feel confident in choosing Bayfront Law, while also supporting existing clients with general customer service needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for new leads, providing information and encouraging them to retain Bayfront Law for their real estate needs.
- Guide prospective clients through the intake process and explain our services clearly.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions, updating files, and coordinating with lawyers and staff.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, approachable, and client-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with real estate or legal services is an asset (but not required — training provided).
