**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and manage seasonal line plans, assortment architecture, and pricing strategy.
- Establish revenue, margin, and inventory targets.
- Define product lifecycles and recommend buy depth and allocation strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative intent and commercial goals.
- Track and analyze sell-through, markdowns, and inventory productivity.
- Deliver actionable reporting and lead post-season recaps.

**What You Bring**:

- 6+ years of experience in merchandising, assortment planning, or buying within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail math and margin management.
- Experience managing assortments and product performance across multiple channels.
- Excellent collaboration skills and customer-obsessed mindset.
- Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
