Residential Support Worker for Adults with Disabilities

## Job Overview

# Duties
- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
- Assist with medication administration as per individual care plans
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior, completing daily logs and other reports as required

# Skills
- Experience in residential settings and with youth or young adults that require support to maintain emotion regulation is essential
- Ability to administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Proficient in meal preparation according to dietary needs
- Familiarity with assisting individuals in maintaining a healty and routined lifestyle while developing independent living skills
- House cleaning and organizing

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
