**Position**:
We are currently looking to hire a **Project Coordinator.**
**Role Description**:
We're looking for someone to help coordinate our construction crews. Working alongside our Construction Manager, the Project Coordinator will manage the day-to-day activities for the crews. A combination of office time and job site time coordinating daily activities, leading/ motivating crews, ensuring accuracy and compliance. We're looking for someone with landscaping experience, and someone who naturally enjoys working with people.
**Role Requirements**:
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- Ability to lead a team, motivate others
- Organized & punctual
- Ability to read landscape plans
- A keen eye and strong attention to detail
- Work with subcontractors
- Great communicator
- Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
- 3-5 years experience in landscape is an asset
