**Our expectations**:
This role will be responsible for coordination and accurate execution of Rona Pricing Strategy for each business Division. The Base Pricing Analyst is required to understand market dynamics with regard to Pricing, identify Pricing opportunities, and provide sound Pricing recommendations. This role will partner with several teams across the organization including Merchandising, Finance and Operations.

**Your role**:

- Leveraging available Pricing Analytics, Reporting and Tools, the Base Pricing Analyst is responsible for understanding market dynamics, identify pricing opportunities, and providing pricing recommendations.
- Liaise with the Merchandising team to align Category Pricing with the defined Pricing Strategy, providing advice and financial recommendations while identifying risks and opportunities concerning pricing.
- Analyze market price fluctuations and propose recommendations in order to maintain a competitive pricing position in the market.
- Act as a business partner with Merchandising teams while being a facilitator with the FP&A Finance support team.
- Increase awareness and discussion of Pricing and Pricing Strategy throughout the organization

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- 2+ years of experience in relevant Pricing experience
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial information; Strong Problem solving skills
- Action oriented and timely decision making.
- Ability to quickly turn-around; manage multiples priorities
- Proactive attitude with regard to gathering and verifying financial information
- Autonomous and able to set priorities and achieve goals
