**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to have you on board. Crew members must be able to work alone.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours

**Skills**
- Experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant setting
- Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is preferred
