**What you bring**:

- Great coffee skills (or a passion to learn and adapt quickly)
- A welcoming, friendly environment for customers.
- The ability to work well under pressure while having fun.
- Rapport building with customers and co-workers. A desire to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work space.

Experience as a 3rd wave Barista preferred.
- Greeting/serving customers with HGCC Standards of Customer Service.
- Operating POS system.
- Providing knowledge and recommendations to customers; focusing on HGCC products and general coffee knowledge.
- Operating coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) and other kitchen/food prep equipment (oven, sandwich press, sanitizer, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Utilizing knowledge of Safe Food Handling practices while dealing with food and beverages.
- Stocking shelves and replenishing inventory.
- Keeping the customer and cafe areas clean, safe, and up to HGCC standards.

- Operating Hours - Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Weekends
