As a cook at Green Acres Foundation you would be responsible for the following:

- Assisting with the preparation of appetizing, tasty, and nutritious meals from scratch that are appropriate for seniors.
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen.
- Ordering food and kitchen inventory.
- Assisting with serving and cleanup in the dining room as required.

**_ Requirements:_**
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Provincial certification in food safety and hygiene.
- Standard First Aid certification.
- Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
- A flexible, willing, and positive attitude.

Journeyman Cook certification is considered an asset.
