Client Relationship Manager

hungerhub is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

You will normally work from home, but being together sometimes is important to us. Pre-pandemic we typically worked together once a week where we would also have face-to-face meetings, and of course free lunches using our own service

The role:

- Connect with new clients during onboarding and provide them with the information they need about our services through online meetings/demos
- Build relationships with existing clients and understand their needs, curate their weekly menu offerings & troubleshoot any issues
- Understand market needs and seek new sales opportunities(from both new and existing clients) for hungerhub's growing service offerings

About You:

- Independent: Able to accomplish tasks with little supervision
- Driven: Makes sure goals are achieved and keeps at it until they are
- Detail-oriented: no cutting corners, no sacrifices on the quality of work

Nice to have:

- Experience working with food, food delivery or catering clients
- Sales experience
- Marketing experience

hungerhub is a technology-first startup that developed Uncatering, a proprietary process to replace office catering. The platform allows team members to individually log-in and choose a customized meal from the best local restaurants. For four years, hungerhub has been delivering food to offices across Canada.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
