**Position Title: Branch Administrator**
**Team and Location: Commercial - Brechin, ON**
**Position Summary**:Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks in an office work environment. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manages reports.
- Daily processing of inventory transactions.
- Assisting with weekly and monthly cycle count processing.
- Support the lead dispatcher with the scheduling and routing of truck fleet.
- Answer incoming customer calls.
- Order office supplies.
- Process all purchases, (JDE, code and get signatures).
- Process all Scotiabank purchases.
- Process all wholesaler purchases.
- Member of JOHS committee.
- Deposits (processing/drop off).
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Business/Office Diploma or 2-3 years office related experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable with accounting processes.
- Good problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- JD Edwards experience considered an asset.
- Comfortable learning new computer programs.
- Strong verbal communication skills and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of lubricant products would be an asset.
- Experience with fleet/vehicle scheduling would be an asset.
