What it takes to Join the Toro Team

**Responsibilities**:
Provide day-to-day support to the Drafting Manager and Project Delivery Teams in BIM/Revit-related activities.
Develop and maintain Revit Families for clash detection and presentation, aligned with project LOD requirements and modeling standards.
Coordinate model interfaces with design teams to ensure seamless integration.
Review all model and family deliverables to ensure compliance with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
Prepare and submit BIM packages in accordance with project standards and timelines.
Perform clash detection and conduct visual walkthroughs of complex areas.
Generate models and reports to support constructability analysis.
Create detailed Revit models and shop drawings for curtain wall projects.
Software Proficiency
Autodesk Revit Architecture - Highly proficient
AutoCAD - Working knowledge
Autodesk Vault - Working knowledge
Additional beneficial software skills - (Please specify if applicable)
**Requirements**:
Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Revit.
Understanding manufacturing processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
Analytical and resourceful, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to map existing workflows and recommend technology solutions for improvement.
Advanced skills in Revit Family Creation.
Experience with Revit Dynamo is a strong asset.
