**About the Role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable **FOH Member/Donut Fryer**to join our Aurora team In this role, you’ll be the heart of our operation — crafting our signature Puffs with care and providing customers with an outstanding experience at every visit. This position combines hands-on food preparation with front-of-house service, perfect for someone who enjoys both culinary precision and customer interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Food Preparation & Frying**
- Prepare and mix donut batter according to Mr. Puffs standards.
- Fry Puffs to golden perfection with consistency and attention to detail.
- Make fine adjustments during preparation to ensure quality and freshness in every batch.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

**Customer Service & Order Fulfillment**
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders at the counter or POS system.
- Prepare menu items including Puffs, coffee beverages, refreshers, and ice cream.
- Ensure orders are prepared correctly, efficiently, and presented with care.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and attentive service to every guest.

**Team & Store Operations**
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Re-stock supplies as needed to keep the kitchen and front-of-house running efficiently.
- Uphold Mr. Puffs’ brand values by delivering consistent quality and service.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes/instructions precisely.
- A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and positive.
- Reliability, punctuality, and adaptability to different tasks throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset, but not required — we’ll provide full training

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
