**About the role**
- Change Management Proposal planning support - establish and maintain inch-stone schedules for proposal development and manage metrics, tracking progress/status of the change at each step of the process and reporting on timeliness.
- Change Schedule - support Program and technical teams to develop an execution schedule for proposed work. Duration of effort, WBS mapping, new activity development, notional resource loading, schedule network & Giver/Receiver tie-ins, and other schedule management requirements as required.
- Proposal Schedule Impacts - support responsible program team to identify schedule impact of proposed work relative to existing IMS based on timing of approvals, effort involved, and impact to top-level IMS & focus milestones. Author impact statements for ATS/EPP/INAR presentations.
- Change Management to IMS coordination - as contract changes occur, work with responsible program team to raise appropriate BCRs with time-phased tasking to be brought forward to PCCB, incorporated in IMS, and tracked against proposal efforts.
- Post-authorization work with planning team to validate total coverage of proposal capture in IMS.
- Support the generation of Change Management reports and deliverables.
- Periodic travel may be required.

**What you bring to the role**
- Three (3) years+ Planning Experience using Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools
- Knowledge working within the Deltek’s Open Plan Suite, would be an asset
- Ability to conduct Critical Path, and Schedule Risk analysis
- Experience in developing a work breakdown structure
- Experience in developing an Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
- Experience in EVM Implementation
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance - Mandatory
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Organizational and Communications Skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing a large and varied workload

**Additional skills desired for the role**
- Experience in Military Technology Industry
- Experience working in one or more of the following functions: Engineering, Operations, Finance, Programs, Quality or Supply Chain
- Ability to work Autonomously
- Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
- Project Management Professional Certification
