**Rate of Pay: $50,000 - 60,000 per year (commensurate with experience)**

Acquired in 2017 by Corob S.p.A., headquartered in San Felice Italy, Novaflow is now part of a truly global organization which sells, manufactures and services both industrial and point-of-sale machines in virtually all markets.
Novaflow Systems is located in picturesque Brockville, Ontario and is Corob’s global Center of Excellence for gravimetric dispensing solutions with Engineering / Design, Software Development, Customer Support, Service, Sales and Manufacturing at this site. As such, Novaflow is in the enviable position to have a wide degree of flexibility and autonomy to rapidly change and improve to meet the demands of both our customers and the organization.

- **Summary of the Position**_
As Novaflow embraces a philosophy of continuous improvement, continuing education specific to the role as well as other company-mandated training programs such as WHMIS, customer service, and first aid is expeceted.
- **Key Responsibilities and Duties**_
- Introduce new products and programs to customers.
- Assisting the Sales Manager in writing customer quotes and closing sales.
- Responding to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently, escalate as necessary
- Building rapport with customers
- Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
- Selling services and making product recommendations
- Assisting the Sales Manager in achieving company sales budgets
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Staying informed about product and service information updates
- Maintaining sales reports and ledgers
- Participate in counter days, product trade shows and national shows with customers
- Provide system CAD layouts and/or technical support as required
- Work closely with other departments in the company (operations, engineering/ technical support / production /finance / logistics, etc.).

- Excellent time management and customer service
- Technical / Mechanical aptitude; experience / education
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly motivated to thrive in an independent work setting.
- Valid driver's license / passport
- Previous sales experience considered beneficial but not necessary
- Proficient in the use of full suite MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
