- **About Our Opportunity**_

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Receptionist provides clerical support to the tenants and staff on the site office to ensure effective client service and the efficient running of the office.

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Receive incoming phone calls and walk-in inquiries from tenants and the public.
- Maintain and store files confidentially by ensuring they are kept secure in locked cabinets.
- Schedule appointments, record team meetings and provide general administrative support to the team.
- Provide back up to the Maintenance Clerk, write purchase/work orders for maintenance, office supplies
- Schedule Pest Control.
- Prepare and follow up Tenant Packages.
- Follow up after hour calls.
- Other assigned duties.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Grade 12 or high school with two years’ related experience.
- Competency in desktop software, including Microsoft Office.

**Assets**:

- Working knowledge of Yardi Property Management software.
- **Competencies**_ _required at this level of work are Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills and Attention to Detail, Communication skills, Client Orientation and Effective Interactive._

**Equivalency**

An equivalent combination of training, education and experience may be considered.

**Salary Range: $24.06 to $26.91 hourly**
