- Work with existing art from clients to ensure it is of the appropriate quality and format for production
- Prepares artwork for print production
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Production departments to ensure the end product meets or exceeds customer expectations of quality, creativity and timeliness.
- Creates original designs that are brand, customer and product appropriate

**KEY COMPETENCIES**:

- Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is required. Working knowledge of Excel, In Design and CAD software is an asset.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Attention to Detail: desire and ability to get it right the first time
- Work as a team player, solicit feedback and value input from others
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain positive communication channels and work collaboratively with different areas of the organization.
- Strong creativity and the ability to understand and exceed customer expectations and specifications
- Highly motivated with the ability to take a project from conception to completion. Ability and desire to follow-up and follow-through to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
- 2 years related Graphic Design experience, complimented by a post-secondary education in marketing, graphic design or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
