We want a hands-on leader who can - multitask and communicate effectively.- Learns and promotes the resort’s services, facilities, and amenities. - Prepares Pallino’s for daily operations and ensures ongoing cleanliness. - Ensures food displays are clearly labelled, well stocked and clean. - Ensures proper levels of inventory and supplies are maintained and rotated to guarantee - best practices.- Assists with receiving, verification and storage of incoming products and follows - inventory management policies.- Stays current with product knowledge.. - Motivates, trains, and supervises team members so they understand and deliver the right - guest experience.- Assists with data entry and other food & beverage administrative tasks. - Adheres to government laws and Predator Ridge policies regarding the serving of food - and alcohol.- Complies with the company’s standard operating procedures and policies.
