**What you’ll do**

**Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Cloud ERP Solution Adoption Data Analyst**

**Location: Vancouver**

**Expected Start Date: August 2025**
- Solution Adoption_
- Build data reports, dashboards on SAP Analytics Cloud, presentations and data analysis tasks
- Develop Metrics standard to drive usage and consumptions for Cloud Solutions
- Operation Support_
- Collect, clean and process large quantities of data
- Navigate through different data tools to ensure delivered business outcomes
- Develop tools and SOP to help scale and increase the business insights
- Stakeholder Management_
- Collaborate across teams to deliver information, resources, and best practices
- Engage and align with Customer Success Partners, Product and Solution Managers, Marketing and Analytics Teams
- Key responsibilities will relate to_
- Customer Tracking
- Customer Relationship Management
- Customer Engagement Meeting Asset Creation
- Data management and analytics

**What you bring**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences_
- Studying preferably in the fields: Technology or Commerce related degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA).
- For example, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management Information System (MIS) or Business Technology Management (BTM).
- Language skills: Business fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.
- Above all, they should be passionate about technology and business.

**Meet your team**

The goal of the Adoption Office Team is to support Customer Success Management (CSMs) globally with driving customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and customer references. The focus of this internship will be to learn about the different core dimensions of what it means to build a Customer Success organization. The intern will be able to develop knowledge and capabilities in the following areas: SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Supply Chain Solutions, as well as Data Insights, Analytics, Customer Success Strategy and Operations.
