We are looking for a full-time food service supervisor at Coco Fresh Tea and Juice Winnipeg-Seasons. An ideal food service supervisor will be responsible for supervising coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion beverage and toppings. You will manage the overall daily operation including schedule, inventory, quality control, and safety. This is an opportunity to share your enthusiasm and skills about food services in the world famous bubble tea empire

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food, beverage, and toppings for the milk tea product.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for beverage and toppings preparation.
- Build work schedules and standard procedures for operation
- Track, record, and feedback inventory, repairs, sales and food wastage.
- Ensure the beverage and service meet quality control standards
- Assist Manager in ingredient selections, new product development, daily management and budgeting.
- Train new staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

**Basic Requirements**
- Exceptional safety awareness and accident handling ability
- Good acknowledge of beverage.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible available to work a variety of shifts including statutory holidays, weekends, and evenings.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Previous experience as food service in Beverage store is an asset.
- Previous management work experience in food service field is an asset.
- Formal administrative-related education background or training is an asset.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
