**Creative Lead**

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000/year (commensurate with experience; total compensation to $140,000) Type: Full-Time

**About the Role**

Dossier is on the lookout for a Creative Lead to quarterback brand transformation projects from naming and strategy through to identity, packaging, storytelling and beyond.

A good fit will be a seasoned and idea-driven creative thinker with a knack for translating tricky client challenges into smart brand solutions. Someone who’s most at home when digging deep for inspiration, leading a team of creatives, and building bold, beautiful and strategically grounded brands.

If this sounds like you, you probably also love the details as much as the big picture: nerding out on typography and long-term trend forecasting are both equally your thing. You’d jump at the opportunity to work in a collaborative, purpose-led studio (like Dossier)—and you understand the value that good design, compelling storytelling, and dialed-in brands can bring to the world.

**Who You Are**
- A strong creative thinker with min 7+ years of studio experience, ideally in CPG/packaging and brand identity
- A thoughtful leader—curious, collaborative, and empathetic
- Skilled in brand development, packaging systems, typography, and storytelling
- Passionate about design’s ability to inspire, influence, and drive change
- Comfortable leading creative teams and presenting to clients
- Someone who believes in craft, clarity, and always asking “why?”

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead brand and packaging design projects from insight to execution
- Inspire and mentor a team of creatives
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional partners to build bold, beautiful, and strategic design solutions
- Champion design thinking and help shape our studio’s creative vision
- Present work with clarity and confidence—both internally and with clients
- Keep quality high and culture healthy
