**SUPERVISOR**:Manager Civil Enforcement

Serv-It Bailiff Services Inc. is a Civil Enforcement Agency licensed by Alberta Justice. Serv-it provides PPSA seizure/ civil enforcement, process serving and tenant default services through the province of Alberta.

**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

The position of Recovery Manager is directly responsible for the daily interaction between Serv-It, the Bailiff's and its clients.

Recovery Managers work 8:30am-4:30pm. 5 days a week for 40 hours.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**

The position of Recovery Manager is instrumental in developing and sustaining superior customer service with a variety of clients. Utilizing our processes and procedures, recovery managers are responsible for managing PPSA/Civil Enforcement files. This includes, but is not limited to: opening and closing files, updating clients, debtor redemptions, mail outs, invoicing, skip tracing, uploading bailiff photos, collaborating with bailiffs to ensure clients needs are met, utilizing various databases to conduct searches, negotiating cost approvals and drafting documents.

**MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Recovery managers are also responsible for cleaning their office space regularly, Answering the phone on a regular basis, taking messages and forwarding calls to the appropriate department. Attend team meetings and complete all required continuing education and training. Recovery Account Administration Support as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB**
- Education:_

High school diploma or higher.
- Experience:_

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Passion for customer service

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Familiar with SQL databases

Prior experience working in office setting (0-2 years)

Ability to deal with stress in a positive manner

Ability to manage files & people

Clean criminal record

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

Sitting for extended periods of time.

Occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs.

Ascending and descending staircases at office location.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
