If you understand the sub prime market, have strong lender relationships and know how to structure deals that get approved, we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Work directly with customers to secure automotive financing solutions
- Structure sub-prime deals for maximum approval and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders
- Ensure full compliance with lending guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals efficiently and professionally

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in automotive finance, with a focus on sub-prime lending.
- Strong knowledge of credit structures, lender programs and compliance.
- Ability to navigate challenging credit situations with creative solutions.
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals at once.
- A positive, driven attitude and a passion for helping people
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
