Companion/caregiver

Milton, Canada Nurse Bay Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare personnel
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in senior care or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, and medication administration is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Vulnerable sector check
- Language: fluent in English
- Must be able to commute to Milton and surrounding areas *

Note: This position may require weekend or evening availability.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
