**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

- Work with stakeholders to define business needs, objectives, and technology transformation goals.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for technology transformation initiatives.

Technology Transformation Support:

- Assess current technology landscape and recommend modern solutions to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of cloud, AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.

Project Management & Change Management:

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and risk management for technology transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support technological investments.
- Support change management efforts by facilitating training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze business and technology performance metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations through data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

This role requires a strategic mindset, stakeholder excellence and technical expertise to successfully manage and deliver analytics that contribute to organizational success.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support the development of the project budget.
- Support in developing the detailed project plans and track progress against schedules.

**Essential Skills and Core Competencies**:

- Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to assess complex business challenges and propose innovative technology solutions.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and financial implications of technological transformations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud computing, automation, AI, data analytics, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Project & Change Management: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and other project management frameworks, along with stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
- Ability to provide well drafted project documentation.
- Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embrace continuous learning.

**Experience**: Preferred
- 4 - 6 years: Experience in business analysis, technology transformation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in technology transformation projects, system implementations, process automation, or cloud migrations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, SQL, etc.)

**Education**: Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science
- Bachelor's degree or better in Information Technology
- Bachelor's degree or better in Business Administration
