Telehandler Operator with Health

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Logistics and Material Handling:_
- Operate a telehandler to safely lift, move, and place materials as required.
- Receive material deliveries and ensure they are stored in appropriate areas on-site.
- Coordinate with each trade to understand and fulfill their daily material needs.
- Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of the telehandler.
- Follow site plans and instructions to manage material handling tasks accurately.
- Health and Safety:_
- Collaborate with the Site Safety Coordinator to implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain and construct safety guardrails, walkways, and other necessary safety structures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and assist in identifying potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal safety regulations.
Team work and positive attitude are a must.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abbotsford, BC V2S 2C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
