**The Role**

We are looking to add a key addition to our growing team at Ayrshire. The Analyst role will primarily focus on our Canadian Housing Funds II & III, which will develop a combined $1.2B in purpose-built multifamily rental projects across western Canada. The role will also have exposure to supporting related corporate/operating company private equity investments and income producing property investments. The Investments Analyst will work directly with the Investments Team supporting research and analysis of Canadian real estate data, preparation of financial models and financial analysis, assisting in due diligence of investments, preparation of investment committee documentation and presentation materials, project financings, and special projects as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare financial models and calculate return metrics with sensitivity
- Support due diligence and financial analysis for new investment opportunities
- Prepare investor presentations and investment committee memorandum
- Assist in arranging financing with debt brokers and lenders
- Support pre-development and development initiatives
- Maintain industry and investment benchmarking databases
- Collect, analyze, and visualize numerous datasets to help inform investment decisions
- Preparation and coordination of monthly asset and fund level management reports
- Liaise with third party consultants to support due diligence
- Review of third-party reporting
- Special projects as required

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in finance or real estate finance
- 1-3 years’ work experience in investment banking, or real estate private equity, real estate development, or real estate brokerage
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other data visualization or database management tools
- Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication and presentation skills
