**Position Title**: Supervisor, Operations

**Team and Location**: Commercial - Vancouver Area Marinas

**Salary**: 70,000 /yr

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide leadership to the weekend marina staff at all three locations. Shifts are Friday through Monday 10 hours per day.
Teamwork with weekday Operations Supervisor on all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Travel between the three sites as needed.
Manage schedules and staffing appropriate for the business needs.
Supervision of staff including hiring, performance management & salary recommendations.
Ensures the facility and its employees are complying with all safety procedures set by the company.
Customer service - ensuring our customers always get the best possible service.
Site Maintenance - working with contractors when required.
Store stock control - ensuring inventory levels are kept at an appropriate level.
Office Administration - completing reports as required by head office.
Month end close procedures.
Oversee process of accepting payments and cash handling.
On call rotation for afterhours on weekends.
All other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Experience working with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a strong proficiency in computer usage.
2 - 3 years previous experience supervising employees is required.
Must be able to work 4x10 hr days - Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon. 7:30am - 6:00pm
Marine knowledge and Industry experience an asset.
A valid class 5 Drivers License and the means to self-transport between sites.
