**Job Summary**

RMTs will be hired as contractors with pay split of 60%-40%. Supplies required for practice will be provided by the clinic.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and health conditions prior to treatment.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client goals and preferences.
- Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in their records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Registered Massage Therapist with valid certification.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
