**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff, including servers, hosts, and baristas, to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and service processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Micros POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Maintain effective communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure seamless service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experiences.
- Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and overall restaurant performance.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all aspects of food handling and service.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and serving with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in cash handling is essential.
Pay: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
