**Hours**:Full time, permanent. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

**Location**:Mainly remote and work on-site at our Campus Support Centre in Mississauga (L5N 6S2) as required.

**Start Date**:Immediate

**The Opportunity**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Tailor messaging to resonate across different stages of the customer journey.
- Refine content based on performance insights, including testing different messaging approaches to improve engagement.
- Research and understand target audiences to ensure content speaks to their needs and pain points.
- Contribute to special marketing projects as needed, supporting new initiatives or cross-functional campaigns.

**What you bring to the position**:

- Advanced written communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with content, creative, and digital teams.

**Key KPIs**:

- Reduction in unsubscribe rates and stronger audience retention.
- Creation of content that drives measurable user action (e.g. clicks, downloads, or inquiries).
- Alignment of content with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Contribution to content pipeline and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
