**No previous experience required.**

**PSW’s will start at a higher wage and negotiation depending on flexability**

Health care experience an asset.

CPR an asset

**_Requirements: _**

ability to work alone or with others

have good communication skills

good critical thinking skills

will require to get a police check and TB test after hire and mask fit test and have or open a TD bank account for pay check deposits

**_responsibilities: _**

**the UPC (unregulated health care provider) will;**

**day shifts or evening shifts will be required to give residents medications (we will train you). You will be responsible for documentation of any incidences. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas. You will be responsible for helping out in the dining room during meal times. You will have some paperwork to do, some filing to do. Responsible for reporting to your manager. Night shift is responsible for cleaning tasks around the building and giving only meds once in a while and making sure the residents are safe and well looked after. Must be willing to work night shifts on evenings to start. Over time things evolve and shifts can be changed.**
