**How you’ll contribute**

As one of our **General Labourers**, you’ll provide direct support to the Heavy Equipment Mechanics and our facility through:

- Spending up to 70-80% of your day working outdoors in our Yard area
- Conducting daily construction equipment inspections and reporting any defects, damages, or malfunctions
- Staging, washing, cleaning, and prepping construction equipment for next service or repair order
- Loading and unloading of trucks as required
- Ensuring the upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of both the facility and yard area
- Maintaining all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management System.
- Supporting maintenance initiatives, including inventory control, stock counts, product placement, and back shop organization
- Reporting any workplace hazards and helping to eliminate them
- Following all paperwork and computer procedures related to the maintenance of equipment
- Safely handling and moving materials and equipment through the facility
- Conducting yourself respectfully when dealing with coworkers, clients, or third-party suppliers
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPE
- Completing other duties as assigned

**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general labour, material handling, warehouse operations, or similar background
- Comfortable working outdoors throughout the day
- Able to lift, load, and unload up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- A self-starter with great organization and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- A G Driver’s license with a clean abstract is a bonus

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
