At Thunder Bay & Superior Professional Cleaning, we’re looking for a proactive and motivated Commercial Cleaner & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team This UNIQUE hybrid role combines on-site cleaning tasks with remote home-based administrative duties to drive efficiency

Key Responsibilities
- **On-Site Cleaning**: Perform cleaning tasks at client sites, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Dispose of waste, address any repair needs, and adhere to chemical and equipment safety protocols.
- **Document Management**: Create and maintain essential documents, forms, and records for business compliance
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and suggest areas for improvement in cleaning services and administrative workflows.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in cleaning services and administrative roles is a PLUS
- **Organization & Tech-Savvy**: Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- **Software Proficiency**: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other related productivity tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Independent & Flexible**: Able to work both independently and as part of a team, remotely and on-site as needed.
