Are you a people person with a passion for vehicles? Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience under your belt, **Lakeland Chevrolet Buick GMC in St. Paul** is looking for the right fit to join our sales team

We’re on the hunt for a **full-time Sales Representative**. Someone honest, motivated, and genuinely passionate about delivering great customer service. Sales experience is a bonus, but not a must. If you bring the right energy and attitude, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet every guest with a warm, professional welcome — in the showroom or on the lot.
- Help customers find the right vehicle by asking smart questions and truly listening to their needs.
- Stay sharp by learning about vehicle features, packages, and tech — both new and used.
- Provide high-quality, engaging vehicle demonstrations.
- Learn how to handle objections, close deals, and guide customers through the full sales process.
- Build relationships that last — before, during, and after the sale.
- Keep detailed notes and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Use social media to help share what we do and promote vehicles.

- A strong communicator who builds trust and rapport easily.
- Great listener with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-focused.
- A team player who’s also confident working independently.
- Committed to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Able to follow a structured sales process and willing to learn.
- Comfortable with numbers and has a basic grasp of financing.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Alberta Driver’s License & Driver's Abstract
- AMVIC license (or willingness to complete on-site)
- Availability to work weekdays and some weekends
- Commission-based pay structure
