**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, and other materials.
- Build and repair structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, and decks.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with building codes.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and other trades.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Precision and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Physical strength, stamina, and hand-eye coordination
- Time management and ability to meet project deadlines
- Teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with clients and crews
- Adaptability to work on a variety of projects, from framing to finishing

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
